For many years, I have been very satisfied with the shop's offerings as well as the communication whenever issues arose. I was particularly pleased with the accommodating service I received when I backed the book "Denik cesty do praveku" via crowdfunding and the shipping funds proved insufficient because the package had to be sent to Germany.

Brilliant! The Museum is a nice little gem.

I purchased the film collection on DVD when I visited the museum, and they play without any issues. Have since purchased three of the 3D printed models - submarine, diver and airship - with two orders, and each sent quickly and well packaged. Communication from the staff was clear and concise. I would buy from again, and visit the museum if I was to return to Prague.

The movies and book are all amazing. I wish there was an English language version of the book, KAREL ZEMAN AND HIS MAGICAL WORLD. But with Google Lens translating for me it's still a wonderful and beautiful book. A fascinating career and life with so many gorgeous illustrations. Daughter and Grand Daughter, Ludmila Zemanová & Linda Zeman Spaleny wrote an amazing book that is well designed. And my order came in perfect condition to the US sooner than I expected. I didn't know who Karel Zeman was two months ago and now he's one of my favorite film makers!

It would have been perfect if all the films had also had Italian subtitles but for the rest everything was fine

Was a little concerned about overseas order / shipping [with all the Tariff mess that's been created for US] and whether the discs would play on my US machine, but Service was Excellent and the discs play here - Win-Win and So Happy to have more [I have the Criterion Set!] of Mr. Zehman's incredible work to enjoy and share!
