One of the best experiences in my online shopping. A kind staff solved my payment problem so quickly (I wrongly entered expired card information). The delivery was speedy and the products were wonderful. I will definitely buy products here again. I hope I will be able to visit the museum in Prague soon!

Shopo is OK. Synchro or subtitles in Germna would be good. The english subtitles seem sometimes like google.english.

Some good products - love the fridge magnets (would like to see more metal-cast ones, eg of ships and airships). Really like the bags, too. Last order was sent to my old address as I hadn't updated my details, but once I'd updated my details on the museum site, the parcel still turned up at my new place, even without my asking about it. Impressed.
